Same post different year – Kobe turned out to be the wiser #1 draft choice last year, but here’s hoping Mr. James gets the nod this year. |

All comes down to who you think is a shoe-in for the finals. I think this is the Cavs year.. so Lebron is your man. |

Cavs are the best with Lebron James. If Lebron wasn’t on that team they would’ve finished maybe 9th or 10th place. But since Lebron is on that team they are first. Lebron is the best player in the NBA |

Forget Lebron(e) and Kobe – how about Mr. Rajon(e) on the Celtics?!?!!? |

Thankfully I’m a Celtics fan, otherwise tears would be aflow after all the leagues of mine that will be ruined after Lebrony and the Cavs decide it’s time to go fishing. |

While I think LeBron is a more singular talent, Kobe has better teammates and a much better coach. The Cavs looked out of sorts against the Celtics and I think that was a direct reflection of Mike Brown (LeBron should take some but not all of the blame). Kobe never won a ring without a low post option and LeBron has never had a low post option. No, Shaq’s corpse doesn’t count. |

Maybe they can trade Hickson for Gasol. |

BigChief — I agree.. the Cavs simply have no low post option and thus no half court offense. After last year’s playoffs they were opposed as a free running team that couldn’t execute consistently in the half court. The 60 wins in the regular season this season were fools gold. Playoff basketball is a completely different animal. |

Seen this all before with Jordan in the 80s. But as opposed to “His Airness”, I’m pulling for Lebrony. Hopefully the Celticos can bring it home one more time – get that ’08 groove back, and ORL/LAL might just be in some trouble. |
