Forum Rules
• Terms of Service. Use and participation on our forums is contingent upon your acceptance of our Terms of Service; by using the FantasyPostseason.com web site, you accept these terms. If at any period you do not agree to these terms, please immediately terminate your use of this site.

• No abusive, bigoted, defamatory, harmful, profane, racial, sexual, threatening, or vulgar comments. Harassment or abuse directed towards anyone will not be tolerated. This includes attempts to circumvent the profanity filters in any way.

• No fraudulent, libelous, or slanderous comments. This includes untrue statements of any kind, unsubstantiated rumors, etc.

• No pornographic or obscene material. This includes links to such material, materials within an avatar, etc.

• Do no post anything illegal. This includes links to illegal software, gambling, viruses, etc.

• Observe all copyright laws. Do not post any material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right. Do not copy articles in their entirety from other sources; include only the introductory paragraph, a link to the article, and a credit to the author/source.

• Respect the privacy rights of others. Do not post material that invades another person’s right to privacy in any way.

• Do not post personal information. This includes addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or any other private information. Any personal information you give out is at your own risk.

• No spamming. This includes any types of advertising or solicitation. If you would like to advertise on our site, please contact advertising@fantasypostseason.com.

• Post to the correct forum. For example, do not post any ‘How Do I’ comments on the ‘Fantasy Sports Talk’ board.

Moderation Policy
• Fantasy Postseason, LLC cannot and does not assure that other users are or will be complying with our Forum Rules or our Terms of Service, and you hereby assume all risk of harm or injury resulting from any such lack of compliance.

• Fantasy Postseason, LLC is under no obligation to moderate or police any of the content on its site (forums, message boards, or any other forms of communication). Non-enforcement or failure of strict enforcement should not be construed as a waiver of our rights; we will moderate only when deemed necessary and at our sole discretion. Violators may be subject to criminal and civil liability; we reserve all rights and remedies against any such users.
