2017 Top Fantasy Postseason Batters

Here are the top fifteen ranked batters (infielders, designated hitters, outfielders) for postseason long fantasy leagues. [UPDATED on 9/27]

1. Cody Bellinger LAD - This 22 year old is second in the NL in HR with 39.  He's having a fantastic season and on a team that could represent the NL in the World Series.

2. Edwin Encarnacion CLE - Cleanup batter on the team favored to win it all. His power numbers (38 HRs, 103 RBI) make up for his middle of the road .258 BA.

3. Francisco Lindor CLE - This second year shortstop is peaking at the right moment. Hitting .309 with 8 HRs in the month of September.

4. Bryce Harper WAS - Recently returned from a long stint on the DL due to a bone bruise.  If he's healthy, he is one of the league's most dangerous hitters.  29 HRs in just 107 games this season. 

5. Aaron Judge NYY - The 6'7" 280 pound power forward has hit a ridiculous 13 HRs in the month of September. Ride that hot bat going into the postseason. 

6. Jose Ramirez CLE - This 25 year old star has hit 29 HRs with 81 RBIs and 103 Runs scored this year.

7. Corey Seager LAD - Having a rough September - but should be ready for the playoffs. .295 BA with 21 dingers and 75 RBIs on the season. 

8. Jose Altuve HOU - This superb second-baseman put up some ridiculous numbers this year. His line is .348 BA 24 HR 81 RBI on the year.

9. Trea Turner WAS - The NC State product has been putting up great fantasy numbers since joining the big leagues. His 42 SBs are 3rd in the league.

10. Kris Bryant CHI - Batting almost .300 on the year with 29 HRs and 73 RBIs. Having a very good September by the way.

11. Daniel Murphy WAS - This late blossoming power hitter has had a solid season.  Batting .315 with 23 HRs and 90 RBIs for the season. Been struggling with a hamstring injury but looks to be ready for the postseason.

12. George Springer HOU - This Houston slugger is hitting .287 on the season with a hefty 34 HRs.  Houston needs him to play well to go far in the postseason.

13. Justin Turner LAD - This 3-hole hitter is clutch.  Bound to disappoint Mets fans again with good posteason numbers.  .359 BA in last 3 playoffs.

14. Carlos Correa HOU - Astros hitter has put up solid numbers this year.  .308 BA with 23 HRs and 81 RBIs. 

15. Mookie Betts BOS - Working through a wrist injury. 23 HRs and 101 RBIs on the season.
