Bringing Fantasy to the NCAA Tournament!

PLAYOFF FANTASY BASKETBALL
playoff fantasy basketball bracket

Registration will open in March 2012.

Basic Gameplay: Draft your fantasy basketball team just like you did back in the fall. However, this time you are limited to the players on the NBA basketball playoff rosters. This means there are fewer studs and more strategy to be played out. The further your players advance, the more points your fantasy playoff basketball team scores.

Formats: Head-to-Head Points (7 game weeks), and Total Points Pool

Game Weeks (for H2H only): Week 1: 04/14 - 04/15, Week 2: 04/16 - 04/22, Week 3: 04/23 - 04/29, Week 4: 04/30 - 05/06, Week 5: 05/07 - 05/13, Week 6: 05/14 - 05/27, Week 7: 05/28 - 06/14

Drafts: Live, Auto, and Off-line Drafts

Rosters: Customize your roster (G, F, C, F/C, FLEX, BENCH)

Lineup Setting: Daily

Max Starts: Increase the strategy by limiting the number of times a player can be started.

Player Pool: Determine the size of the player pool by allowing players to be drafted 1,2,3 or an Unlimited # of times.

Player Replacement: To mimic the interaction found in regular season leagues you can choose to configure your league for free agency and trades.

Playoff Scoring Options: (1) Per-round scoring multipliers can be used to reward players that advance in the playoffs (i.e. 2x points for the NBA Finals). (2) Per-player scoring multipliers can be used to provide incentive to pick players on underdogs or that were owned in your regular season leagues. (3) Count all of the games or just the best 4/7 per round. (4) Choose between a Cumulative scoring model or an Average performance per week approach.

"Fantasy Postseason offers a unique niche in the fantasy sports world. I play many fantasy sports games and have yet to find a site that will host our postseason needs. Having the automated service not only saves a lot of time but gives us options to extend the fantasy season to playoff games for multiple sports."
