Welcome to Fantasy Postseason's fantasy sports web site located at www.fantasypostseason.com. We recognize that privacy is important, and value the privacy of the users, subscribers, publishers, members, and others who visit and use our site.

Your use of FantasyPostseason.com, and any personal information you provide through the site are subject at all times to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. By using the site, you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this policy.

When participating in a league, you have the option of having your email address visible to others in the league and the option of receiving email notifications of league events (i.e. trades, message posts). If you choose to join a league that requires you to make your email address visible to the commissioner, the option is not configurable.
  • Expectation of privacyWhen you sign up for a FantasyPostseason.com account, we strive to protect communications within our website. However, do not expect any communications within our website to be exclusive to any single user or administrator.
  • CookiesWhen you access FantasyPostseason.com, we may store some information on your computer. This information will be in the form of a 'Cookie' which allows us to tailor our web site to better match your interests and preferences. Cookies also remember your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you access the site. However, please be advised that with most Internet Browsers, you can erase Cookies from your computer hard drive, block all Cookies, or receive a warning before a Cookie is stored. 5)     PERSONAL DATA RETENTION

Unless you choose to delete your account, Fantasy Postseason maintains your personal information (user name, name, email address, and an encrypted version of the account password). To access/update/delete your account, please see the next section.

Important Note:

  • League interactions such as message board posts and other team actions (i.e. draft records) are not considered personal data and are fundamental to the services we provide. We hold the position that there is legitimate use in maintaining those records and logs.

 

6)     ACCESS/UPDATE/DELETE DATA

To access or update your personal data, please sign into your account and visit Personal Information. This page allows the ability to view or change your first name, last name, password, email address, default team name, and email preferences.

To delete your account, please visit Delete Account. By terminating an account, the user's personal data and their historical performance records associated with fantasy leagues will be deleted.

Important Notes:

  • Once created, user names can only be changed by Fantasy Postseason. Please contact admin@fantasypostseason.com if you wish to change your user name.
  • In order to preserve the integrity of a league, users in active leagues cannot delete their accounts. Please contact admin@fantasypostseason.com if you wish to delete your account and are a member of an active league.

 

7)     DATA PROCESSING AND TRANSFERS

When you use or interact with any of our services, you consent to the data processing, sharing, transferring and uses of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy. Regardless of the country where you reside, you authorize us to transfer, process, store, and use your information within the United States, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and to provide you with our services.

 

8)     INFORMATION SHARING

Fantasy Postseason, only shares personal information with other companies or individuals in the following limited circumstances:

  • We have your consent.
